I am a change leader with a true passion for driving improvements and who is motivated by creating results, working with people, and helping others reach their goals.
During the last 12 years I have worked full time with change management, coaching of senior leadership, implementation of Operational Excellence, LEAN and process optimization at all levels in international organizations and in different industries, business areas and cultures. (General Electric, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Region Hovedstadens Psykiatri, Nordea)
In August 2016, I was given the opportunity to become Capability/Program Lead for Operational Excellence in Wholesale Banking Operation in Nordea, where we have 800 employees in 5 countries.
In collaboration with great colleagues, we have developed an Operational Excellence program and are well on the way with the introduction and integration of new behaviors and supporting structures in the organization. What we want to create is an operationally excellent business with focus on customer value, and we want to train everyone in the ability to develop the way we work based on data and facts.
I am convinced that respect for the individual and involving employees are critical success factors for making changes that stick.
